Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Full Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in the School of Economics and Management at Tongji University (Tongji SEM), Shanghai, China (http://sem.tongji.edu.cn). Candidates should have research interests and training in areas such as strategic management, innovation and entrepreneurship, organizational theory/behavior, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, quantitative marketing, e-commerce, operation management, and other related disciplines.

Applicants with excellent research capabilities and quality publications are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability or potential for high quality research are essential. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or have completed the requirements for such a degree by the date of employment (no later than September 2024) from an accredited institution.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, including tenure-track salary, research funds, and relocation allowances. In addition, the school supports faculty with abundant travel grants for research workshops and conferences.
