文章的发表过程复杂而挑战。除了需要研究的主题新颖和方法严谨以外，还有许多其他因素会决定文章能否发表以及在什么样的期刊发表。本讲座会从文章发表过程全视角审视发表过程的各种决策，期待解答在发表过程中的困惑，同时规避发表中常见的问题。

讲者介绍| GUEST BIO

Dr. Kai Xu is a Lutcher Brown Fellow and associate professor of management at The University of Texas at San Antonio. She joined the UTSA faculty in 2015 after her graduation from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Xu has teaching and research interests in strategic management. Her research interests broadly focus on two areas: international strategy and corporate governance. She is interested in and has been working on such topics as the application of institutional theory in international context; family firm international strategies; and corporate governance issues in emerging economies.

Her work has been published in the Journal of Operations Management, Journal of World Business and Long Range Planning, among others.
