Dr. Kwan Ho Kwong will share his experience on developing research ideas and publishing his work at SSCI journals. He will also present his recent publications and forthcoming papers at SSCI journals, such as Journal of Applied Psychology.

演讲人简历：

Dr. Kwan Ho Kwong is Department Head in Organizational Management at School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. He received his undergraduate, MPhil, and MSc degrees from Chinese University of Hong Kong, MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and PhD in Organizational Behavior from Drexel University. He has published over 60 SSCI articles in such journals as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology.
