研究兴趣

研究方向聚焦于管理学领域的社会议题,核心关注残疾包容污名化员工群体相关问题。具体而言,致力于探究商业场景中弱势群体的能动性如何有效改善其不利处境。我坚信,严谨的学术研究能够助力构建更美好、更公正的社会。
